Day 2 – Haga Haga

Leaving home and saying goodbye to my mom and the cat today knowing that I wouldn’t see them for months was a surreal experience. I still feel very much on home turf though – running to Cefane is one of my favourite training runs.

We had another beautiful morning of running and arrived at Haga Haga around 2.30pm which gave us loads of time to enjoy the amazing hospitality of Niel at Haga Hotel (who kindly sponsored our first night – so much for roughing it!)
