Tinley Manor to Tugela Mouth all on the beach. Luckily it was low tide most of the time.
Great to have pete and Greame de Wit for company and have Pat/Jo Kekewich join me too for the last 12km. Bumped into Kingsley Holgate at the cafe in Zinkwazi on our way home and got some great pics! I can feel i have had a rest day – legs feel strong again.
It was great to have my sister and her family here for sat night – i got very pampered and now even have a pedicured toenails (but not for long)
