We are in the Eastern Cape and cannot believe we are into our final week. This time next week will be arriving at Nahoon Beach in east London after completing a journey of some 6500km’s. It’s “rest” day in St Francis Bay today so we are running around doing washing sending hundreds of emails and doing newspaper interviews. Kims leg is much better , but she is still in a lot of pain. This is our itinerary for the next week.

Sunday 24 July – Keiskamer River – Kids Beach
Monday 25 July – Kids Beach – East London Finish on Nahoon Beach
