Day 48 - Musina

After a 120km day yesterday (day 47) we woke from an exhausted sleep in the middle of the night to loud rain on the tent so we all bailed out to rescue the washing, the canvas chairs, etc etc and then tried to go back to sleep with loud and persistent drips. We set off this morning from Punda Maria with rain and mist but after going up and down another (minor) mountain we found sunshine on the other side! Yay!

Erlin (great to have him here!) made his cycling debut today and joined me for the last 25km of today’s ride. We are just outside Mesina tonight at a place called Tshapise.
