Had to split the run into 2 parts today for logistical reasons which actually worked quite well for me.
It was a beautiful run today despite the 81% humidity and we finished late this pm running about 12km through dense subtropical forest to the Mfolozi River at Mapelane Nature Reserve (South border of greater St Lucia Wetlands). What an incredible place! As I finished running a huge thunderstorm hit us and we are now driving through the pouring rain and sheet lightening. A much better day today.
[noteblock]Tomorrow I am running from St Lucia to Cape Vidal. The revolting boils are much the same but I am getting used to them![/noteblock]
