Day 14 – Ifafa Beach

Another 40 something km’s done! Yay! 2 more days to Durban. Staying with my maatjie Lana in Scottbourgh for the next 2 nights. Calf muscle feeling much better – I could even run a bit today. Kirst and Peter took turns joining me again on the road today for company which was great.
