We had a meeting with Spar (one of our sponsors) in Port Alfred over the week end and took advantage of the opportunity to spend some time at Mpekweni Beach Resort (another one of our sponsors) and to film some last minute training. What a superb venue for running, cycling, swimming and kayaking – and the ultimate family getaway!
