Kim is such an inspiration. During her presentation, what truly struck a chord, is that even good change is difficult and should be carefully planned. As a manager and leader it is often assumed that knowing the end goal is good, the transition and impact on people are often understated. Kims’ talk raised a new level of awareness with me that can be applied in both my personal- and business life alike.
