Day 32 - 34 - Transition to cycling

We spent Friday and Saturday night in Ponto with Natalie and Carlos Afonso which was spectacular and used the time to get our bikes sorted for the transition from running to cycling.

Although I did a very short cycle on 1 April, today was my first full day on the bike. We cycled from the Border Post to somewhere near Pongola dam. My whole body aches! I am not a natural cyclist and I know the next week is going to be a tough one as I form the obligatory callouses!
